Cool mint, fresh lime, ice tea... perfect combinations for a refreshing summer drink.
Iced Lime and Mint Tea
Ingredients
- 2 tea bags (I use Lipton black tea)
- 1 litre boiling water
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 springs mint leaves, crushed
- Sugar
Method
- Make 1 litre of tea with boiling water.
- Add lime juice and mint leaves in tea while it's still hot.
- Add sugar to taste.
- Cool and chill in fridge.
- Add ice before serving. Garnish with extra lime wedges and mint leaves.
